LeadConnector X

About LeadConnector X

A contractor CRM built around the handoffs that lose jobs.

Most contractors do not need more software. They need the website, phone, inbox, and follow-up to stop behaving like separate businesses. LeadConnector X is our way of putting those pieces under one roof, and taking responsibility for setting them up properly.

What we believe

The work between “new lead” and “booked estimate” deserves an owner.

A good website should be easy to find and easy to act on. That sounds obvious, yet plenty of sites hide the service area, bury the phone number, or send every form into an inbox nobody checks. We build the page and the response path together because fixing only one side leaves the same leak in a different place.

The CRM is there to answer practical questions: Who contacted us? What did they ask for? Did anyone reply? What should happen next? Automation covers the predictable steps, while your team keeps control of the actual customer conversation.

We do not fill gaps in the story with anonymous testimonials or invented numbers. When we show a result, we name the client, state the time period, and explain what was measured. If the evidence is still early, we say that too.

Specific before clever

A homeowner should understand the service, area, and next step without decoding a slogan.

One record per customer

Calls, forms, chats, and follow-up belong in the same history, not scattered across personal phones.

Proof with context

Results need a client, a date range, and the metric that actually changed.

Where the reviews are

Reviews you can read without asking us for them.

210 of them five-star, the oldest around seven years old.

100%

Job Success Score on Upwork

Top Rated, 5.0 across 16 ratings and 834 tracked hours.

The work behind this platform is run by Umair Gujjar, who has traded publicly on both marketplaces since 2018. Those profiles are open to anyone: 233 reviews in total, written by clients on platforms we do not control and cannot edit. Fiverr lists him as Umair Gujjar and Upwork as Muhammad Umair A. — the same person, so the two sets of numbers are worth reading together rather than as separate track records.

One caveat worth stating plainly, because it is the sort of thing this page is otherwise arguing against: most of those reviews cover funnel, WordPress and Shopify builds going back several years, not the contractor local-search work this site is about. They speak to how the work gets done, not to the results in the case studies. Those stand on their own measurements.
