Case Studies — Real Client Results

Real engagements, real Google Search Console data. Every number below is measured — pulled straight from GSC, with the date range stated so you can see exactly what moved and when.

Two of these are mature engagements with full before-to-after deltas. The others show the measured starting point plus the work delivered, with results still compounding. Nothing here is projected or estimated unless explicitly labeled.

Featured — Built and Ranked #1 in 30 Days

Featured · Hardwood floor sanding & refinishing

01 · Cruz and Sons Hardwood Flooring

Westfield, MAFamily-owned · New build (cruzwoodfloors.com)

The challenge

A brand-new business with no online footprint. We built the entire web presence from scratch — domain registered May 17, 2026 — and structured it to win local search from day one.

What we did

The site launched with 15–20 pages — a dedicated page for every city served and every service offered — so Google could match specific searches to specific pages. Google Business Profile was optimized correctly from day one (categories, service areas, description, photos, hours), and a review-request automation drove five-star reviews fast without the owner chasing anyone.

The results

  • #1 on Google Maps for local floor-refinishing searches in Westfield
  • Recommended in Google's AI Overview as the top local business for "floor refinishing Westfield MA"
  • Position 4 on page one of Google organic — outranking companies established for years
  • 5-star rating built through an automated post-job review system

Measured at the 30-day mark, mid-June 2026. Verifiable via WHOIS domain registration, the Maps listing, and the live site.

02 · Kelly's Flooring

High Ridge, MO (Greater St. Louis)Family-owned since 1978 · WordPress

The challenge

A well-established local flooring store with almost no organic visibility for the high-value "near me" and "St. Louis" searches driving their market. Service pages were ranking but buried, and click-through was flat because Google hadn't yet re-crawled the optimized pages.

What we did

On-page rewrites across core service pages, schema deployment, homepage and service-page H1 optimization for local intent, plus 16 URLs pushed to the Google Indexing API and 15 to Bing to force re-crawl.

The results

  • Organic clicks +31.7% (54 vs 41 week-over-week)
  • CTR +47.6% (0.93% vs 0.63%)
  • Average position 25.1 → 21.4 across the full engagement
  • "Carpet installation" moved +10.4 positions (45.2 → 34.8)
  • Now ranking #2 for "carpet installation St. Louis" and #2 for "carpet installer St. Louis"
  • New striking-distance term surfaced: "carpet installation near me" at position 7.75, already earning clicks

Measured week-over-week in GSC across an 8-week implementation window. The highest-volume "near me" terms are gated behind a Google Business Profile verification issue, not a website problem.

03 · Peptides for Sale

E-commerce (Research Peptides)WordPress / WooCommerce

The challenge

A large product catalog with weak organic performance, no indexing discipline, and priority products ranking far outside the first page — the top opportunity keyword sat at position 84.

What we did

Meta and title optimization across 9 priority products, full long-form description rewrites, 4 new keyword-targeted blog posts, sitemap resubmission, and direct Indexing API submission of stale URLs.

The results

  • Organic clicks +23%
  • Average position improved ~3 spots
  • Bing showing the strongest growth signal of any channel
  • Targeted "thymalin peptide" (1,300 searches/mo, difficulty 0) — moved into contention from position 84

Measured in GSC over roughly 24 days post-implementation.

04 · All American Floor Sanding

Summerfield, FLGoHighLevel

Starting point: 90-day GSC baseline: 73 clicks · 8,397 impressions

What we did

The homepage was silently splitting its own authority between HTTP (position 5.6) and HTTPS (position 47) versions — a critical technical leak. We resolved the split, corrected a wrong-state phone number left in the template across 7 pages, cleaned duplicate/broken schema, fixed broken internal menu links, and flagged a 21/100 mobile PageSpeed score (51MB page weight) for remediation. 17 prioritized issues in total.

The results

  • Core technical fixes deployed and verified live
  • Ranking consolidation in progress now that homepage authority is unified

05 · Illustrious Flooring

Wales, WI (Southeast Wisconsin)GoHighLevel

Starting point: 28-day GSC baseline: ~2,300 impressions · 8 clicks (pages visible but stuck in positions 13–42)

What we did

Fixed a broken navigation URL and set a 301 redirect, deployed LocalBusiness schema, rewrote the homepage H1 for local intent, and built a ~2,100-word LVP installation page targeting a 12,100/mo keyword. Competitive gap analysis against the market leader mapped the location × service page structure needed to close the gap.

The results

  • Technical fixes indexed
  • New content pages published and being crawled
  • GBP setup identified as the top remaining lever for local-pack entry

06 · L&M Custom Hardwood Flooring

Spartanburg, SCGoHighLevel

Starting point: 90-day GSC baseline: 47 clicks · 2,761 impressions · 1.7% CTR · position 23.2

The challenge

This wasn't a ranking problem — it was a click-through problem. Pages were ranking (one service page pulled 280 impressions at a 0% CTR) but titles and meta gave searchers no reason to click, and there was no schema for rich results.

What we did

Rewrote titles and meta across 5 pages, deployed 56 schema fields (LocalBusiness + Service + rating markup) for 100% rich-snippet eligibility, published 3 long-form blog posts (~2,000 words each), and expanded thin service-page content. All 8 pages submitted for indexing.

The results

  • Schema verified live across all pages
  • CTR-recovery work maturing

07 · NY Premier Rides

New York CityWordPress

The challenge

The flagship "Black Car Service NYC" page had 854 impressions and zero clicks — a page ranking on visibility but invisible on the result. Generic titles were the culprit across 7 service pages.

What we did

Rewrote every service-page title and meta for specificity (airport codes, no-surge-pricing, real differentiators) across all 7 pages, then requested re-crawl. Example: the Black Car page title moved from a generic "Premium Private Car Service" framing to "Black Car Service NYC — JFK Airport Transfers & Events."

The results

  • Live and awaiting Google re-crawl
  • Impressions are already there, so CTR gains land as the new titles surface

The Pattern

Across every trade, the wins come from the same discipline.

  1. 01Measure the real baseline first — GSC data, not guesses.
  2. 02Fix what leaks — technical splits, missing schema, dead titles.
  3. 03Force the re-crawl — Indexing API and Bing submission so changes count in days, not months.
  4. 04Target intent that converts — "near me" and city-level terms, not vanity keywords.
